Gil Mitchell is a multihyphenate artist and educator, currently based out of Washington, DC. He has a BA in Performing Arts and an MLitt in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University, as well as an MFA from the George Washington University and the Academy at the Shakespeare Theatre Company. He is an award winning director, and has acted and choreographed for companies such as the Shakespeare Theatre Company (where he is currently a Teaching Artist) and the American Shakespeare Center. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at NewU University, where he teaches Rhetoric and Negotiation.
